One of the greatest challenge in our world of today is “worry of the future”. What I mean is; who will I be tomorrow? What will I do? How can I do? Why should I do? Why me? Etc. In this quest and struggle for the future, the serious of it all is that Christians seem to be more worried about the future than the pagans. They forget that Christians have an awesome foundation that God prepared for them which can never be uttered. Physically or spiritually, the devil is benefitting from this pest of the soul (worry) to steal, to kill and to destroy from our lives each day.

As a Christian where do you get your life? Where do you get your faith? Where do you get your money? Where do you get your peace? Where do you get your joy? John 14:27 says; “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.  I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid” this explains which side of the world you belong. We as children of God ought to have had the greatest peace on earth. Rather we run to the world to look for peace. Remember the scriptures “I do not give you peace as the world gives” Remember the scriptures John 14:27… “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.  I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid”.
